Returns
* You may return eligible items to Soccer Xpress Wear by post within 30 days from the delivery date. The items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original labels and packaging intact, accompanied by the invoice. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
* The following products are excluded from the right of return:
Products sold as part of promotions (e.g., sale items, special offers)
Products labeled as “non-returnable”
However, these products may be returned if they are defective, incomplete, or in poor condition. Soccer Xpress Wear will strive to provide a replacement of equal value in such cases. If a replacement is not possible, any payments made will be refunded.

*If you need to return a package, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth and efficient process:
Do Not Return to the Address on the Label: The address on the package label is not the correct return address.

* Refunds will only be issued in the form of store credits upon receipt and inspection of the returned product at our warehouse. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the customer requests an exchange for another product or size. For credit card payments, refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
Please note that if an order receives volume discounts and free shipping, and products are subsequently returned, the initial entitlement to discounts and free shipping may be reversed when issuing store credit or refunds.
Once a refund is initiated, please allow 4-6 business days for processing.
* Soccer Xpress Wear reserves the right to refuse returns in cases of abuse of the ordering process (e.g., ordering multiple sizes for trial purposes). Volume discounts will be reversed upon return of items.
* In the event of orders lost by the carrier, refunds cannot be issued; however, orders can be resent instead.
